I started 35 years ago and dentistry never gets boring. The more you work, the more challenging it is. Especially in the last, I would say, 10 years, the older I get, as funny as it sounds, the more exciting the dentistry becomes. The technology is amazing. The capabilities of what we're doing today are beyond any limit. And it makes my life absolutely exciting. The most rewarding aspect of dentistry is when you finish the case and see the patient a week or two weeks later, or even month later, and all the amazing things they tell you after you reconstruct their smile, their ability to eat. Things like, “My god, I can eat steak again,” or, “I can eat corn on the cob,” or, “You know what? I had such a horrible smile. I was able to go and have a decent interview and get a job.” So these are the most rewarding things for dentists anybody can imagine.
Dr. Gary Bram strongly believes everyone deserves to have a beautiful and healthy smile. He strives to provide every patient an exceptional dental experience. He will take all the time needed to discuss a patient’s treatment plan to help them make well-informed decisions about their dental care.
Dr. Bram believes in donating his time and resources to help others in need. His charitable work includes volunteering with Implant Seminars to help people in the Dominican Republic with much-needed dental care.
To keep his knowledge and techniques current with the latest standards, Dr. Bram participates in many continuing education courses, seminars, conferences, and other events. He uses these opportunities to equip our practice with the latest treatment methods and dental technology. His dedication has not gone unnoticed. Dr. Bram has been featured in local newspapers and magazines as a leading cosmetic dentist in Bayside and the Mid-Atlantic area.
Dr. Bram is among the few East Coast dentists to receive an advanced proficiency certification in laser dentistry. He became an expert in laser technology, which led to his development of a revolutionary cosmetic treatment for dark gums. As an alternative to invasive gum grafting procedures, he perfected a laser technique for removing excess pigmentation in gum tissue. This treatment gives gums a healthy, natural-looking color with less discomfort and a shorter healing time.
